Charley’s Cheesesteaks & Wings received a $250,000 permit to start the interior buildout at its new Woodmoor Shopping Center location at 10121 Colesville Road, located between Woodmoor Pastry Shop and Bento Express.

Construction will begin soon on the new Dunkin' store at 4011 Norbeck Rd in Rockville after Sassy Cleaners closed in June 2025, and the chain received its permit as it expands in the area.
