- ➤ Permanent signage is up at Quincy’s Golf and Social at 245 Kentlands Blvd as the former Not Your Average Joe’s space prepares for a February opening. The venue will offer indoor golf with Trackman, a restaurant and bar, while Quincy’s Bar and Grill remains on Quince Orchard Road. The MoCo Show
- ➤ Fifty Fifty burger, known for its signature half beef and half bacon patties, is rebranding as Backslash Burger while keeping its famous recipes. - ➤ Today, Dollar Tree opens its new store at 20906 Frederick Road, Suite A in Germantown – taking over the former Staples space that closed in August and expanding its footprint in Montgomery County. The MoCo Show
- ➤ On Sunday, most Amazon Fresh and Amazon Go stores in Montgomery County closed for the final time as the company shifted focus to food delivery and Whole Foods. Local customers and employees felt the loss — many depended on the stores for affordable grocery options. WTOP

- ➤ A pair of coywolves was spotted Thursday afternoon near Old Columbia Pike in Burtonsville, according to MyDronePro (the local drone operator). The hybrid animals, with traits of coyote, wolf, and dog, have been increasingly seen in suburban parts of central Maryland. The MoCo Show
