- ➤ Drivers in Gaithersburg have seen fuel costs jump as Maryland gas prices hit an average of $3.48—a 54-cent increase over the past week—according to GasBuddy, with oil prices shifting amid global market disruptions. WTOP

- ➤ Governor Wes Moore announced Monday he included $3 million in his proposed budget to repair building facades along the 16-mile Purple Line corridor — from New Carrollton to Bethesda.
