ACCIDENTS NEWS

- ➤ The husband and wife team behind Waxing the City expanded their business by opening an 1,800 sqft location at Westview Promenade in Frederick — they plan to open new locations in Gaithersburg and North Bethesda. The MoCo Show
ECONOMY NEWS
- ➤ A $4 million Mega Millions ticket sold at Giant Foods on New Hampshire Avenue in Colesville matched five numbers from the March 10 drawing but missed the Mega Ball & received a multiplier boost, according to Maryland Lottery. FOX 5
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ MCPS detailed plans on Thursday for boundary changes and facilities improvements, including a possible move of Wootton High to the Crown Farm site. The board will vote on proposals on March 26, and if approved, changes will start in the 2027 to 2028 school year + balance enrollment. The MoCo Show

- ➤ Gaithersburg is moving forward with a multi-phase project at Malcolm King Park to restore the stream corridor by removing the dam and repairing severe erosion.
