Shuttle Pharmaceutical Holdings, Inc. of Gaithersburg entered a deal to acquire United Dogecoin to start mining crypto.

The acquisition, announced April 30, will close today (pending stockholder approval) with plans to add 3,000 mining rigs within 60 days.

Qamaria Yemeni Coffee Co. is set to open its first Maryland store at 7401 Van Dusen Road in Laurel in May and a second near The Mall in Columbia in September; the chain is eyeing further growth in Montgomery County (Rockville, Bethesda).
