On June 3rd at 4:30 p.m., Montgomery County Police arrested 31-year-old (Lowell Isaiah Young) and 26-year-old (Daron Antonio Banks) after they chased a person near the Cider Mill Apartments and later recovered a loaded ghost gun from their 2020 Ford Fusion with suspended registration.

On June 4 at approximately 9:18 p.m., Montgomery County police received a 911 call about an 8-year-old autistic girl missing from her Germantown home and, after community members reported seeing her running through traffic near Middlebrook Road and Frederick Road, they rescued her safely—reuniting her with her mother shortly after.
