- ➤ Montgomery County reminded residents and businesses that starting July 1 the use of gas-powered leaf blowers and vacuums will be banned except for agricultural producers, with rebates and multilingual outreach provided to ease the switch to electric models — a change designed to lower noise and pollution — and support sustainable practices.
