The Montgomery County Agricultural Fair will take place from Aug.
14 through Aug. 22 at the Montgomery County Agricultural Center featuring carnival rides, fair food, livestock exhibits, competitions and family entertainment, as well as popular attractions like Monster Truck Madness, the Red Eye Rodeo and the Demolition Derby.

Permanent signage has been installed at the upcoming TOUS Les JOURS bakery in Olney, which will occupy the former Five Guys space at 3333 Olney Sandy Spring Road.
There is no announced opening date, but construction is progressing steadily.

Montgomery County native Katie Feeney was named to TIME100 Creators 2026, which recognizes her as a top digital creator.
The Sherwood High School graduate now at ESPN covered events like the FIFA World Cup and Wimbledon (as reported by TIME).
🎓 Education
Five Montgomery County high school and college students were among the 50 recipients of $2,500 scholarships from the Dunkin’ DMV Regional Scholarship Program awarded for academic achievement, leadership and community involvement.
The awards ceremony will be held at M&T Bank Stadium on July 24 (local event).
