Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Special Victims Investigations Division are asking the public for help locating missing 16-year-old Serenity Rush who was last seen on July 21 at 5 p.m. on Medical Center Drive in Rockville and is 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighs 120 lbs, has black hair and brown eyes, and was wearing a beige jacket and black shorts.

Montgomery County Council will hold public hearings in September on the University Boulevard Corridor Plan and a proposed bikeway parking ban.
