Plans to redevelop the former Red Lobster property on Shady Grove Road received conditional zoning approval for a new Dash In gas station and convenience store.

The project will replace the vacant restaurant with a roughly 5000 sqft store, fuel dispensers, EV charging stations, a car wash, and pedestrian improvements.
