Gaithersburg’s 88th Annual Labor Day Parade will take place on Monday, Sept.
7 at 10 a.m. along a new route from Russell Avenue to Melvin Street (a nearly nine-decade tradition featuring marching bands, dance groups, costumed characters, food vendors and community celebrations).
💼 Business
Beer Trade Co. will celebrate its grand opening on Saturday, Aug.
15 with local beer tastings, food specials and giveaways at 6860 Olney Laytonsville Road in Laytonsville. The new Maryland restaurant (which took over The Office) will host the event from 2pm to 5pm.
Montgomery County will soon welcome its first Just Salad at Towne Plaza in Rockville.
Leasing documents confirm the fast-casual chain will operate at 12242 Rockville Pike (next to Wonder) alongside other local eateries.
