  • Montgomery County Police arrested a juvenile in Downtown Silver Spring after officers responded at 6 pm yesterday to a report of someone trying to set a food truck on fire; they chased the suspect on foot and found a handgun in his bag (Commander Jason Cokinos confirmed the details).  The MoCo Show
