For more than 30 years, The Golden Bull Grand Café hosted local events and served American food like prime rib and crab cakes— it closed on February 17 and its site now houses Mega Mart, a Latin supermarket.

The main entrance to Pleasant View Park from Darnestown Road will be closed from Oct 27 to Nov 5 for scheduled repairs — pedestrians can still access the park via Marsh Lane while it remains open.

The 9.54-acre park, which opened last fall, will complete its maintenance work to improve safety and accessibility for visitors.
