- ➤ WalletHub released its report on Best & Worst States for Jobs on October 29th—Maryland ranked 12th overall with a 4.3% unemployment rate and fewer part-time employees per 100 full-time workers. - ➤ The Montgomery County Commission for Women — in partnership with the County Bar Association’s Family Law Section — will begin a free monthly Zoom seminar series titled 'Separation and Divorce: What Do I Need to Know?' on November 5, with sessions held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month through June, where family law attorneys will explain topics like alimony, property division, and filing procedures; registration is required to receive the Zoom link.
