Sardi’s Pollo A La Brasa will open a new restaurant Monday, Dec.
15 at 5290 Randolph Road in Loehmann’s Plaza in Rockville + the fast-casual chain is set to bring its Peruvian-style rotisserie chicken to local diners after holding a Gaithersburg hiring event last month.
🎓 Education
Primrose School of North Potomac is now open and offers a special enrollment deal for new families.
The first 25 to enroll get a *$400 per month tuition discount and a waived $350 registration fee until August 2026.

Attorney General Anthony Brown announced that Maryland consumers who made qualifying purchases on the Google Play Store between Aug.
2016 and Sept. 2023 will receive automatic payments from a $700M settlement with Google if the court approves the agreement (hearing on April 30, 2026).
Montgomery County unveiled its new Flood Risk Explorer tool on Tuesday, Dec.
9 to help residents assess flood-prone areas in Sligo Creek while planning for severe weather. The tool is part of the Comprehensive Flood Management Plan, and additional watersheds will be mapped in the coming years.
