- ➤ El Patio Argentine Restaurant is moving to Traville Village Center at 9755 Traville Gateway Drive & will appear before Montgomery County’s Alcohol Beverage Services on Jan. 15 with a new opening expected in the first half of 2026. The MoCo Show
- ➤ Paris Baguette will open a new Silver Spring location in the Guardian building in late summer or early fall 2026; the bakery café will occupy 3,489 sqft of ground-floor retail space with seating for 40 to 50 indoors and up to 20 outdoors. The MoCo Show
- ➤ Construction began on the new Sheetz store at Walnut Hill Shopping Center in Gaithersburg on Dec. 24 at 9:14 a.m. The 4,959 sqft location, the chain's smallest, will soon offer made-to-order food & fuel along with a free self-serve coffee promotion through New Year's Day. The MoCo Show
