- ➤ Montgomery County Recreation is collecting formalwear for its Fifth Annual Prom Couture Closet giveaway set for Saturday, April 4 at Marilyn J. - ➤ Road crews are using a cold patch — a temporary fix for potholes — as freezing temperatures delay asphalt repairs in nearby areas, and drivers in Maryland are advised to slow down and report issues if needed. WTOP
