GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • Maryland, Montgomery County and Poolesville officials have offered $3 million to get White’s Ferry and Rockland Farm to sign a binding agreement by July 1 for reopening the historic Potomac River crossing closed since December, 2020—this incentive aims to restore a link that once carried up to 800 vehicles daily.
