Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded at 7:57 p.m. Sunday to a house fire on the 18800 block of Cross Country Lane where firefighters fought a kitchen fire that spread to cabinets and the attic; four residents (three adults and one child) evacuated safely and are receiving help from the Red Cross.
