Gaithersburg police officers will not be charged after the Dec.

24 custody death of Marvin Salamanca Garcia, 35, as Maryland Attorney General Anthony Brown said his office's investigation found no crime was committed—despite evidence that factors like Garcia’s medical issues and intoxication contributed to his death.
