Buffalo Wild Wings GO is opening its second Montgomery County location in Kensington on Tuesday, September 24th at 11 a.m.—the first 100 guests in line will get free wings for a year following last month’s launch in Gaithersburg.

Taco Bar El Güero, a long-running family restaurant, will move to Downtown Crown this fall and rebrand as El Güero Mexicano while keeping its menu intact—its liquor license hearing is set for October 2.

Maximum Magic Shop—Maryland’s only brick-and-mortar magic shop—is relocating from Potomac to Rockville and will have its re-grand opening on October 4 at 12345 Parklawn Dr.—offering a free deck of cards to the first 25 visitors.

Montgomery County has 25 public high schools and will soon add Crown High School in Gaithersburg and Woodward High School in North Bethesda.

Maryland Department of Transportation unveiled a new roadside marker honoring Harriet Tubman along Greenbrier Road in Bucktown.

The updated marker—developed with Tubman's relatives to fix past errors—replaces an old sign and was revealed during International Underground Railroad Month with local leaders in attendance.
